Come and enjoy our weekly class during each school term. Classes are 50 minutes long and catered to suit everyone no matter fitness level.

We want to provide with the best experience for our participants so our hall has aircon or fans, and lights are off during the class to bring the disco vibes in!

Enter the School hall through Farr st, there is a carpark where you can leave your car during the duration of the class

Sydenham is the closest train/metro station. We are located a short 10 minutes walk from Sydnenham
